Unlike "left-brain" approaches to self-discovery, the FF Vision Quests unfold as a fun, enchanting creative exercise that naturally swings between an open-eyed conversation between you and your guide, and spontaneous moments of receiving images and impressions eyes closed. The entire session is designed to feel like a casual game of creativity while in the end, you get to experience a truly psycho-active visionary journey into the depths of your inner being.

Get in touch if a Vision Quest is calling you
Are there prerequisites or anything I need to do or know beforehand?
There is nothing for you to do to prepare, but there are two prerequisites.
1. Only book a quest if you do not suffer from poor mental health. These are vision quests in the traditional sense of the term, meaning you will be coming face to face with deeper parts of yourself, so it's important that you aren't coming to the sessions while experiencing significant emotional or mental turmoil.
2. Make sure you won't be interrupted during the sessions, and keep a little bit of time for yourself afterwards (ideally you won't be rushing to the next thing).
